BLS Tool: Build for Mac M1 #5

What do we have presently? M1? Or x86_64?

It's probably just as well if we only have M1, but it would be nice to have x86_64. Either way, needs to be tagged as such - see #8.

we only build for macos11 and 12 and both of those seem to work fine on the M1. so we have x86_64. i have no way of building to target M1 specifically
