Didn't do a video on this (would have if I had realized I was going to do it - but one thing lead to another and then...), but I needed to get it done so that I could get my own payments done tonight.

Not for this repo, for the next one.

TODO: when transferring near the full balance, warn, but subtract fee from balance?
