[ ] per account XPub
[ ] sum all used coins per transaction

wallets => (deterministic) wallet id (DIP https://github.com/dashpay/dips/pull/134)
customers => (ulid) customer id, 32-bit account index, 64-bit wallet id
payment => customer id, wallet id, account index, address index
addresses => incremental index

token => computed = (payments - time/usage)
