The saga continues.
Further bug fixes to similar issues.

For this patch to apply correctly, all OpenSSL problems need to be fixed first 
(CVE-2013-4248 aka CVE-2013-4073, CVE-2013-6420 and bugs #65698 #66636).

The above patch (php52-type-check-fix.patch) has been included in PHP 5.3 with 
an additional change.
