Icon doesn't show up #101

1. Create new file: favicon.ico 
2. upload to server
3. Icon doesn't appear any more 

= What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
None

After I have replaced the favicon.ico, the icon doesn't appear any more on
my firefox tab, is there a way to fix this through settings? Thank you in
advance

It could be problem with icon file or browser`s cache.
If icon file is ok, open favicon.ico directly from browser:
domain.tld/glossword/favicon.ico
Browser should display a valid image.
