glosswordwamp phpmyadmin doesn't work #138

= What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install glosswordwamp on windows XP and start the program
2. run phpmyadmin with the link provided by the software
3. browser give a blank page after long waiting time

= What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected should be the phpmyadmin login page or phpmyadmin startup page 
showing the mySQL databases installed

= What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
glossword-wamp-229-5126-530dev.exe 

= Please provide any additional information below.
XP professional SP3
no installation error detected

Yes, it does the exact same thing to me to me on Windows Vista.
