Unable to access component option in back-end #148

= What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install Glossary 1.9.1
2.Save configuration
3.Accessing component to create a glossary

= What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Excepting to access component menu, instead only have a blank page.

= What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.1 / Actually don't know what operating system is running (do not have 
access to this information)

= Please provide any additional information below.
The component works well on localhost, have created a 650 items glossary 
without trouble.

After verification, it is about the 1.9.2 version.

Well, if localhost works ok, then the problem is in hosting.

Before to find what could be wrong I need an admin account to administration 
area.

If you can open access to me, send account details to e-mail team at glossword 
dot biz

Was the issue resolved? I have the same issue.
Glossword 1.9.3 SP1
PHP Built on:        Linux server.
Database Version:   5.0.89-community
Database Collation:     latin1_swedish_ci
PHP Version:    5.2.12
Web Server:     Apache/2.2.14 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.14 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5
mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635
Web Server to PHP interface:    cgi
Joomla! Version:    Joomla! 1.5.15 Stable [ Wojmamni Ama Mamni ] 
User Agent:     Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.3)
Gecko/20100401 Firefox/3.6.3 (.NET CLR 2.0.50727)

Hello,
unfortunately the new 1.9.3.1 version did not solve the issue.
I still don't have access to the component's options...

Wait and see.

1. Continue to Control Panel in Administrator.

Expect to see Glossword Control Panel.

Instead, I see:

Not found: /tmp/gw-joomla/tpl_admin.html

Joomla 1.5.22
Linux Shared Hosting on GoDaddy
PHP 5.2.14
Updated class.template3.ext.php
Updated class.template3.php
/tmp/gw-joomla folder permission set to 777
