Not able to delete terms #159

= What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Trying to delete Terms from Manage Terms panel

= What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I mark the Term and click on Delete I expect the Term to dissappear. 
Instead nothing happens, it seems not to accept me clicking on delete

= What version of the product are you using?
1.9.3

This problem only seems to occure in IE ver. 8.0.7600.16385. It works OK in 
Firefox
ver. 3.6.3
