chore(dashmate): change ssl dir path #595

Issue being fixed or feature implemented

SSL certificates dir in dashmate will be changed in the dashmate 0.25.9 (https://github.com/dashpay/platform/pull/1502) This pull request updates deploy tool accordingly

Moved ssl folder
