Update deployment tool to recent changes in Platform v1.0.0-dev.13 https://github.com/dashpay/platform/pull/1825

What was done?

Renamed DAPI API to Gateway
Updated the dashmate config template with new configuration options
Removed misused of the dashmate_branch variable form the load test role
Added more Prometheus endpoints in the metrics role and the hpmn security group
Increased default load test disk size to 40 Gb

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested with deployments to the ouzo devnet

Breaking Changes

Platform versions < 1.0.0-dev.13 won't be supported.
Dashmate SSL files moved from dapi/envoy/ssl to gateway/ssl. This must be handled manually during deploy @vivekgsharma @lklimek
