2 years ago Your wallet is probably corrupted now https://github.com/dashpay/dash/blob/v0.15.x/src/wallet/crypter.cpp#L243-L244 due to some disk error or whatever. You need to find a backup of your wallet.dat and see if it has enough keys to unlock all your coins. If you never made a backup yourself you can try using one of automatic backups that are stored in <datadir>/backups folder (<datadir> is the folder where your wallet stores blocks/, wallet.dat etc.).
Make sure to save the original wallet.dat and wallet backups from backups/ folder in some safe place before taking any further actions.
Pick the backup you want to try, rename it to wallet.dat and replace the original file in <datadir>. You can find more info about wallet backups here https://docs.dash.org/en/stable/wallets/dashcore/backup.html

I use a desktop wallet (windows) of HNC COIN which is fork of Dash. The wallet was working properly until the day before yesterday where i tried to send some coins at an external address. I did the whole procedure and when i entered the password a message appeared "File: wallet/crypter.cpp, Line 245 Expression: false. Can anyone help on this? Please note that i can receive coins but i can't send coins, unlock my wallet and change the password. Which means i can't do an operation which requires the use of password. Every time i enter the password the same message appears. I had received and send coins successfully in the past.
