Masternode Functionality #22

Add masternode-related functionality.

This includes daemon commands and GUI integration. Also, there is now a testnet switch in lib/bitcoin.py.

Electrum-DASH servers will need to have this update before they can do everything masternode-related.

EDIT: A note for @schinzelh and myself or anyone who is going to merge this :) This also makes #12 and #17 obsolete, they should be closed after this gets merged.
