feat(dashmate): add e2e tests

Expected Behavior

Such dashmate e2e cases should exists:

• dashmate commands succesfully executes after migrations applied
• dashmate start/stop --platform works as expected
• dashmate setup flows finishes without error

Current Behavior

These cases above are not covered and may be possibly broken during new feature releases. These e2e tests will ensure it won't break
