Adding additional features #12

Adding features of kick ban timestamp user and playing music to make bot more useful for user and admin @roshan1337d

Thanks for the suggestions, but these features are very off from what Coding Contest Companion is all about which is coding and contests. I don't want this to turn into a general-purpose bot.
