Minor change request to readme #8

Maybe it's me but might be worth saying the RunBuild.Bat gets placed at the root of the solution..? My initial instinct was to look in the system's path and then the testing project where I ran the install command and it wasn't there. It's a level up, in the root of the solution. Besides that, nice work!
