[enhancement] Option to exclude Memory of Felwinter or all artifacts

With the new artifact Memory of Felwinter some function (e.g. Top 3, T12 Build, ...) from TGD have some issues. I see two possible solutions:

An option to exclude Memory of Felwinter (or all artifacts) for this functions.
Addtional Buttons for all this functions, witch can do this functions without Memory of Felwinter (or all artifacts).
