(secure) https://distributed.dask.org/ redirects to (insecure) http://distributed.dask.org/en/stable/ #232

What happened: I just noticed that https://distributed.dask.org/ redirects to http://distributed.dask.org/en/stable/ (note insecure http) but it should probably redirect to https://distributed.dask.org/en/stable/

It might also be worth enabling hsts-preload on the dask.org domain

I'd love to remove those doc pages more generally. Most of the valuable content has been upstreamed to docs.dask.org. What isn't upstreamed should be.

@jsignell and I are working on the docs as part of dask/community#170 (although we haven't pushed on it recently). Consolidating the distributed docs is on our list.

I've fixed the http/https issue though, it may take some time for that change to take effect though.
