I'm waiting for CI to finish over in https://github.com/dask/dask/pull/9890 because we'll want that fix to be included in the release. After that PR is merged, I'll start pushing out the release

Release is out on PyPI and conda-forge PRs are open

EDIT: Docker images are out now too
