Thanks @jrbourbeau ! https://github.com/dask/dask/pull/10007 is a high priority, but https://github.com/dask/dask/pull/10042 and https://github.com/dask/dask/pull/10043 are not far behind (and are relatively simple).

Looks like https://github.com/dask/dask/pull/10070 has broken dask-kubernetes. Would be good to get a fix in for https://github.com/dask/dask/issues/10112 before releasing.

https://github.com/dask/dask/issues/10112 has been resolved by https://github.com/dask/dask/pull/10113 so things should be good again.
