We're encountering https://github.com/jupyter/docker-stacks/issues/2146 in our dask-notebook docker image builds (see this build for example). @jacobtomlinson is this something you have bandwidth to look into?

I think we need to wait for this to be fixed upstream in jupyter/docker-stacks. Ther mentioned that it should be resolved in the next release.
