Update default AMI to Ubuntu 16.04 #89

@limx0 do you think we should upgrade the default AMI ? If so, why ?

@quasiben I wasn't able to start dask-ec2 with the current default image. Updating to the most recent ubuntu AMI fixed that

@quasiben - you know what, I was operating in a different region, and that would be why the AMI wasn't working. I was unaware that they differed across regions - my apologies!
