trying to have dask-labextension showing up in jupyterlab-3.0.5

after doing "pip install dask-labextension" and starting JupyterLab-3.0.5, I don't see the Dask logo on the left bar of Jupyterlab..

Did I miss something ?

Environment:

• Dask version: 2021.1.0
• Dask-Labextension-4.0.1
• Python version:3.9.1
• Operating System: Windows 10 20H2
• Install method (conda, pip, source): pip

"jupyter labextension list" doesn't show dask-labextension, which should have auto installed...

haaaaarg, was not using the 5.0.0 version.
