Closes #57

Thanks for flagging this @jrbourbeau. This got lost in the migration. Switching to use relative units and matching the new .dask-nav class.

Thanks for the PR @jacobtomlinson! When I tried these changes out locally I seem to still have the same behavior from https://github.com/dask/dask-sphinx-theme/issues/57. Does this fix things for you locally?
