Update favicon #73

Update favicon .ico file with new Dask logo (see #67, https://github.com/dask/distributed/pull/6515).

Used the same file as https://github.com/dask/distributed/pull/6514 for consistency.

We'll need a new release for this to take affect, so I'll push out dask-sphinx-theme=3.0.1
