Scipy 22 dask-array notebook changes #242

I submitted also the env file I modify but we could probably do that later on. Similarly, I have commented out some code on prep.py because I believe we won't use it, it'll depend on the dataframe notebook and I wanted to avoid the unnecessary installs.
