http://wave.webaim.org/ has some tools for this.

The one on their website doesn't work, but you can install a plugin.

Overall things look good. Mostly just contrast errors, some lack of alt-text on images.

It could be fun to set up Lighthouse CI too. It has an accessibility score among other things.
