WIP: testing splitting tests up too

Docs need updating before merging. Should dask_yarn and knit have separate locations on readthedocs?

OK, I did as you asked, @jcrist , please see if my solution is reasonable.

We also need to decide what to do about the docs - there is only one landing page, and it is for knit - and whether dask_yarn now needs its own __version__.

[ ] update doc with explicit page for dask-yarn
[ ] new release of knit on conda
[ ] new package for dask-yarn on conda forge, which contains nothing except a dependence on knit.
