On Pop!_OS 22.04 (Ubuntu based) the new v4.0.3 Q Software spawns an empty white window upon logon, even if the setting to display on startup is disabled. This window cannot be interacted with, so the only way to close it is to open the actual software and then once the software is being displayed you can close that window.
