Added 'tbiURI source option for tabix #135

added .idea to ignore list added 'tbiURI' option to tabix sources, indexURI is available (as it is with bai) but this seems like a hidden/generic option that is not documented.

Tested and working on my end.

(Sorry this has been hanging around so long. As discussed elsewhere, indexURI is going to be the preferred approach in the future -- I'd like to move away from "type-specific" URI parameters).
