Duplicated isoforms for each gene #210

I have no idea why all isoforms of a gene are appearing twice (see attached pic). While on biodalliance.org it is correct. I cloned the latest version of Dalliance. Any hint? Thanks.

This seems like a bug introduced in the last few months. I am now using a old version (forked before April, 20016) and it works fine with another different bug (need to zoom in to see all isoforms when un-collapse gene track).
