Can't de-select trackhub tracks #34

In Hub test, deselecting Dnase track doesn't remove it. Selecting it again adds the track again. Removing trackhub does not fix problem. Clicking on multiple Dnase tracks on display doesn't remove them either!

Known issue. Need to come up with a sensible URI to identify composite/overlay tracks.

At the moment, such things mostly come from trackhubs, so something like http://server/hub/hg19/trackDb.txt#trackID will probably do the trick.
