add/remove track dialogue doesn't come back up when + button pressed again. #39

in Firefox anyway: 1)Open the add/remove a track dialogue by "+" button. 2)do nothing but close it again. 3) try opening it again and it doesn't appear?

Can you confirm the version of Dalliance you're testing here?

I can reproduce this in Dalliance 0.8.7. It's fixed as of 0.9.2 (and obviously in more recent versions, although as of 0.10.x, the track-adder UI has changed quite a bit).
