Add more standard properties to MSIIE's event object. Currently only
target, preventDefault() and stopPropagaition() are supported.

Especially mouse event properties:

It seems that MSIE's mouse event properties are pretty close to standard. Only
"button" needs fixing? In the meantime I've added support for some of the lesser
properties (bubbles, cancelable, timeStamp, relatedTarget).

I've checked in the new enhancements. Not sure what else to add, will wait for
further issues to be raised.
