String objects written and theoretically working.

Work still to be done:

• Unit tests. This is completely untested but should, in theory, work just fine for the moment.
• Documentation. I want to do a doc pass on this but we have to decide on a doc standard first.
• This has not been integrated with the rest of the project yet. All projects in the solution are still working with the old API that doesn't exist.
