sc_itemscript work... #32

The sc_itemscript plugin doesn't seem to be working...

Removed it for time being (https://github.com/dastgir/HPM-Plugins/commit/e08473c5f80d7f7e279b1d9a72b067905e9e9700). need to do something else to make this work properly
