Not sure if this is ST extras side, or xtts-api-server side, but when Auto generation is on
1) When receiving an image from /sd command TTS reads out "[Character] sends a picture containing [all of the prompts used to generate image]"
2) When editing a message in chat auto generation attempts to read out every iteration of every change as its happening, often creating nonsense.
