(wip) Flat tree #7

This is a rough first pass for the flat-tree chapter. Providing a bit of insight about how to think about them, and some general interesting properties they have.

At the moment it's mostly a work in progress, but hopefully it's useful enough as it is.

Before merging I'd like to give it another pass to make it more of a coherent story, and also add information about parents, uncles and sibling nodes, and update the glossary to include these terms.

Added a section about node relationships. Think this should be good as a first pass!
