Consider including support for GraphQL.

I imagine in P2P setting you should really take care of chattiness of your management API.

Advantages:

• API surface is fixed. You only have /query and /mutation entry, no extra boilerplate for extensions
• API capabilities are defined using typed models, that reflect the domain
• Clients have access to the whole model in a single query, can introspect the model
• Multiple client queries can be automatically bundled in a single request
• Response contains only the data that is needed, nothing more
