Build out a Dat.land Chrome browser extension that can be used for debugging and profiling, performance enhancement.

ogd: "signalhub stdout is nice to see for debugging but you have to be logged into mafintosh' server right now to see it. so maybe we can make access to that (for us) more integrated"

So something that @lgierth proposed at the IPFS summit in Lisbon is to create a chrome extension that exposes UDP / TCP sockets that can be used as a way to prototype a possible WebUDP spec. There's probably security restrictions that should be considered for this, but it would allow for some pretty cool stuff™. Has anyone considered this? Might be relevant for dat, webtorrent and IFPS amongst others
