turn login/register page into a real page rather than modal #483

per discussion with @yoshuawuyts and @Kriesse, this will make things simpler not having to deal with the mix of state/url.

@clkao Can you help me to get this done? Probably makes sense to do it in https://github.com/datproject/datproject.org/tree/add-login-register-header, I'd love to get this one styled and merge-ready.
