This PR has 'sign up' and 'login' buttons still be invisible, until we're ready.

Add view profile page with list of dats
Add edit profile page, including 'reset password' button
Clean up some server-side code
Archive page shows correctly if owner or not, along with shortname, description etc

the profile test can be fixed by logging in, that's why it's not working.

not sure about clipboard test
