Decentralized git repositories ... a Dat top-level project? #74

It seems to me a killer app to have a git interface on top of hyperdrive archives! Together an API, a CLI and a super simple UI could be top-level stuff for the dat project..

What do you reckon? anything ... I love the discussions on #dat ;)
