First-time using dat.land experience

A user that comes to dat.land (e.g. from the dat website) should …

• understand where they are
• what they can do

For the current version, I suggest some quick fixes like:

• give it a name ("dat.land")
• provide a definition of what this is (e.g. "dat is a data sharing system…")
• have a call to action ("Create a new Dat, drag and drop your data")
• add a link "learn more" which leads to relevant information (documentation or a blog post)
