The Dat HTTP Portal.

Serves a dat over HTTP so you can

fetch and upload data just using curl or any other http tool, no dat specific tooling necessary
embed it in the browser, like hosting your website in it or just sourcing images
access dat in a browser that doesn't support webrtc or websockets
have your dat content search engine crawlable

And probably a lot more.
