This meeting was postponed from November 7th to November 21st. Nov 21st is the day before a major US holiday, but I should be able to make that time.

Particularly: the security/privacy section; is this all in-scope and appropriate? Two remaining TODOs. Does this need more polish for Draft status.

I'm actually now confused when the next meeting will be: did we postpone again after Nov 21st, or is Dec 5th the next?

I think i'm unfortunately busy both days: have a flight Dec 5th, and at a conference the next 3 days. The hyperdb DEP is ready to vote without me; the wire protocol one is not yet.

Yeah we couldn't run the 5th either, not enough attendance. If maf and bnewbold can make it to the meeting on the 19th, we can have the meeting
