Add "Add to GCal" button on talks page #34

Should we also add it to the schedule page?

This is super handy, thanks Santiago. Also I agree that it would be nice added to the schedule too.

I've just tried and the calendar includes a link to the talk page on our site. It would be great if we can later add the stream/bbb link there (in the talk details page), so that would give you all the information with one click.
