Make the / URL perform a timed redirect to /2020/
Fix text of the agenda related to it being not finished
The iCal link is now a button in /agenda/
There are no longer multiple h1 tags in a single page anymore (I think)
There is an additional page on "how to join" to explain how to use BBB (which is empty at the moment; it's expected to be contributed to as other PRs)
