Invalid Turtle #1

The Turtle files linked from http://equipment.data.ac.uk/status use single quotes for strings; these should be double quotes. See line 12042 of http://equipment.data.ac.uk/data/org/ukprn-10007795.ttl for an example.

gah. You are right. I'll ask Gavin to clean it up at source, and I'll also write a cleaner and error trap at my end.
