add map info at round start #44

The parser should be able to infer the map based on prior entries (even spanning back to previous log files). If this makes life simpler for the parser then we could re-consider adding it, but it seems that the same issue would exist where the map could switch at 2355 and then the parser would be confused what the current map is unless it had the capability to look backwards through the log entries.
