Section 28.3.1 uses the HoF fold while discussing catalan numbers and memoization. But nowhere before in the book is fold mentioned. Although it is in the advanced section somewhere the flow of the book is abrupted. I think it is better if a section is introduced somewhere about HoFs and some generic HoFs.
